Several Twitter accounts belonging to the Islamic State militant group (ISIS) were hijacked yesterday and replaced with gay pride messages and links to gay pornography. A hacker affiliated with Anonymous, WauchulaGhost, first began hijacking the pro-ISIS Twitter accounts months before. In that time, he — in addition to hackers Ebony and Yeti — have taken control of over 200 Twitter accounts belonging to ISIS supporters. Many of these, however, have since been removed by Twitter as part of its on-going mission to remove propaganda accounts.
