To accelerate development of devices and services for the Internet of Things, the Bluetooth SIG has launched a Bluetooth Developer Studio. The drag-and-drop interface isn’t a traditional IDE, per se, but more a means to quickly design what you want from your product. There are also several existing products that can be forked to fit your specific needs.
