Publishers and technology providers from all over the country are gathered in Vail, Colorado, over the next three days for the Digiday Publishing Summit. Attendees and panelists will discuss how publishers can regain control of their content, platform distribution, how to do video right and the shift to mobile. We will be live streaming throughout, starting today at 6 p.m. EST.

The summit will kick off with a discussion about the state of digital publishing now, delivered by editor-in-chief Brian Morrissey. Refinery29’s co-founder Philippe von Borries will offer his view of where the publishing industry is going. Viewers will also get an inside look at The Daily Mail’s approach to making money on emerging platforms with Jennifer Chernisky, head of partnership solutions. And Kim Lau, general manager of The Atlantic, will deliver her verdict on Facebook’s Instant Articles. Watch below and follow the summit on Twitter with the hashtag #DigidayDPS.
