Microsoft has today announced that the Windows 10 Anniversary Update – the largest ever update to Windows 10 – will be available to the general public on August 2. The blog post didn’t provide any new details other than the headline with the date, so it was likely posted earlier than intended. But given the update was due to be released by the end of the summer, August 2 doesn’t seem all that unlikely a date. We’ve contacted Microsoft for more information and will update when we hear back.
